  Playing bowls

We are fortunate to have superb grounds and sporting facilities in Littleton. There is a 6-rink bowling green, cricket square, croquet lawn, three football pitches (plus another at Harestock Road) and 6 tennis hard courts. Additionally there is a conservation area, a fenced-off children's playground and a dog walk area. For budding runners (or just keep-fitters) there is a one kilometre track with two hundred metre posts, marked out around the grounds. The start, with an explanation notice, can be found on the left of the pavilion.

  Football

Each sport has its individual club with its own constitution, but these sporting activities, together with the management of the Pavilion, are coordinated by the Littleton Sports Club as agent of the Parish Council.

  Cricket

The overall membership of the clubs is around 600 adults and juniors playing competitively in local and area leagues, as well as friendly matches and fun tournaments. Coaching is available in most cases.

  Croquet

Running costs are covered by a levy payable by all members (juniors 50%), the annual amount being set by the Littleton Sports Club Committee when the Parish Council charges are known. Non-parishioners pay a higher levy than parishioners. The levy is additional to any fee/subscription set by individual clubs.
